PROBLEM
Most Education solutions fails to address the unique learning needs of neurodivergent students at the college level. Traditional systems are overstimulating, rigid, and disconnected from real-world readiness. Students who learn differently often lack structured support systems that build both emotional regulation and workplace skills, leading to a gap in confidence, retention, and long-term outcomes.
SOLUTION
We designed Nudra, a modular, emotionally safe ecosystem tailored for neurodivergent learners. Nudra combines tactile, digital, and human elements into a unified experience through three offerings:
Nudra SPRINT: A 6-week classroom-integrated program for soft skills and career simulation.
Nudra TACTYL: A sensory toolkit for emotional regulation and planning
Nudra HORIZON: A digital companion platform for tracking, reflection, and community connection.
VALUE DELIVERED
Created a scalable, multi-touchpoint system that integrates directly into academic environments.
Nominated for IDA, Red Dot, and Indigo Design Awards from SCAD
Presented as a business case pitch with a unique value proposition, real-world viability, and future investment potential.

APPROACH
The project followed a rigorous design thinking process:
Market Research: Explored unmet needs in the Education sector with a focus on neurodiversity.
Trend & Gap Analysis: Identified lack of modular and emotionally intelligent tools for ND college students.
Archetype Development: Mapped learning needs, behavioral patterns, and environmental triggers.
System Design: Developed a 3-part ecosystem - physical, digital, and classroom-based.
MVP & Pitch: Built Mockups, Business Model Canvass, Market Strategy, and a Sales Pitch Deck with competitive advantages.

SUMMARY
Nudra reimagines education for the neurodivergent mind. By combining structured growth tools with a trauma-informed, emotionally safe framework, it prepares learners not only for academic success but for the world beyond the classroom. Nudra reflects how design can make education more inclusive, empowering, and future-ready.
