Created for the course DMGT 702: Innovation Past, Present & Future, this project explores the "unintended consequences" of innovation. The objective was to represent a position paper on the Steel Axes case study, which details the social collapse of the Yir Yoront tribe after the introduction of steel axes by missionaries. To move beyond traditional academic writing, I acted as an Experience Designer and Prompt Engineer to create a creative artifact, an AI-generated song, that allows listeners to empathize with the tribe’s cultural disruption. The project was so successful that it is now a permanent benchmark for the class and is published on Spotify.
